Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order. Every ilussa order ships free to the United States, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand — no minimum and no threshold.
The estimated delivery times below are in business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and reflect the total time from when you place your order to delivery. The exact window for each item is shown on its product page based on your country.
United States
- Most orders: 5–10 business days
- Select US-stocked items: 2–5 business days
International
- Australia: 8–16 business days
- Canada: 8–14 business days
- New Zealand: 8–14 business days
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, and you can track anytime at ilussa.com/pages/track-your-order.
Customs & duties
Orders to Australia, Canada, and New Zealand may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not collected at checkout.
Split shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Holidays
Orders placed during the holiday period (December 25 – January 3) may take 2–3 additional business days.
