We want you to love your ilussa order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@ilussa.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Refunds
- Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
- Refunded to your original payment method
- Confirmation email sent once complete
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method and you are welcome to place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us at contact@ilussa.com within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

- Items marked final sale at time of purchase
- Wholesale orders
International Returns
We accept returns from international customers within 30 days of delivery. Email contact@ilussa.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return label through our international returns service. Allow 7–10 business days for your return to arrive back to us, plus 5–7 business days for processing once received. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
Split Shipments
For orders arriving in multiple packages, the 30-day return window begins on the date the final package is delivered.
