Free Shipping on Every Order
Every ilussa order ships free to the United States, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. No minimum, no threshold.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times are in business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and reflect the total time from when you place your order to delivery. The exact window for each item is shown on its product page based on your country.

Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Track anytime via our Track Your Order page.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders to Australia, Canada, and New Zealand may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not collected at checkout.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates, each with its own tracking number.
Delays
We do our best to meet these estimates, but occasional delays can happen due to carrier volume, customs processing, or weather. Orders placed during the holiday period (December 25 – January 3) may take 2–3 additional business days. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at contact@ilussa.com.
