Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, shapewear, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, and swimwear.
Eligibility for Orders:
- For full priced items we offer a refund or free exchange if the item is unsuitable.
- Items on discount and/or bought together in a bundle are void of returns/refunds and will only be entitled to an exchange or will be given a full refund as in-store credit.
- We accept returns and exchanges of unworn items in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, for U.S. orders only.
- If a product arrives damaged or is unsuitable, you are eligible for a full refund or a free exchange, including all shipping costs.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the day your order is delivered (based on tracking). For split shipments, the window starts on the date the final package is delivered.
- Canceled orders will be entitled to a refund on shipping cost if initiated within 24 hours from time of order. And will be given a full refund as in-store credit
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are free of charge. Once processed, you will receive store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount, which can be used to place a new order.
Return Shipping and Fees:
- Returns are subject to a $12 non-refundable fee to cover the cost of the return shipping label and handling. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Items returned without meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or be declined.
- Shipping and handling fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchange Shipping and Fees:
- Exchanges are free, with no additional shipping or handling costs. Once your return is processed, store credit will be issued to place a new order.

Processing Time:
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your store credit or refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please visit the Returns & Exchanges page. There, you will be asked to provide your name, email, and phone number (matching your order details). Include your order number, product(s) to return or exchange, and the reason for the request in the comments section.
