No. Membership is free, and email updates are optional. You can unsubscribe from emails and keep your membership.

How do the member discounts work?

Members receive 10% off merchandise. US members receive 15% off all US-stocked products instead of 10%. Product availability follows your delivery country. Your final savings are shown at checkout.

Does the $10 welcome discount apply automatically?

No. Enter the code from your welcome email on your first order of $75 or more. Member pricing applies automatically when you sign in; checkout shows your final discounts.

How do I sign in?

Use the profile icon at the top of the page and enter the email you joined with. If Shop appears, choose Use email instead. Enter the sign-in code sent to your inbox. If it hasn’t arrived, check spam and make sure the email is correct.

Check that you’re signed in with the email you used to join. Review your discounts at checkout; the 15% member benefit replaces the 10% rate on all US-stocked products. Contact us if something still looks wrong.
